Eve Ganneau

A dance artist for the past 13 years, Eve has worked around Europe as a dancer, teacher and most recently dance maker. Training at the National Conservatoire in Paris, Eve has also worked for 8 years in various repertory companies including Aalto Ballet Theater, Tanzensemble des Theater Dortmund, Hessian State Theatre and Scottish Dance Theatre. 

Since 2015, Eve has established myself as a freelance artist and has been training to become a certified Feldenkrais practitioner. Lately, she has been involved as a dancer in the collaboration between Scottish Ensemble and Andersson Dance (Sweden), Goldberg Variations – ternary patterns for insomnia, and in a two-year itinerant dance theatre project with Scarlattine Teatro (Italy) that took her across the North Sea and the Mediterranean on a sailing ship. Eve is a member of Joan Cleville Dance, based in Scotland, with whom she has been collaborating for the past three years. Eve has recently collaborated with musician Su Shaw on the piece Geographical Skin, presented at Hidden Door festival in Edinburgh.

She is regularly invited to teach fellow professional dancers at Scottish Dance Theatre and ZAIK Cologne as well as dancers in vocational training at NSCD Leeds and SSCD Dundee.
