New Student Ambassador announced

Scottish Dance Theatre is delighted to announce the appointment of Scottish School of Contemporary Dance student, Jenna Corker in the role of Student Ambassador.
Jenna takes on the role with the professional company in her final year at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance at Dundee & Angus College and says of her appointment: “I’m absolutely thrilled to take on the role of Student Ambassador and start working with Scottish Dance Theatre. I greatly admire their work and look forward to helping them share exciting opportunities with current students at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance.”
Beginning a year-long partnership, Jenna’s role will develop existing strong links between Scottish Dance Theatre and the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, giving access to a variety of opportunities within the professional company.
As one of Scotland’s foremost dance organisations, Scottish Dance Theatre is committed to providing clear and robust pathways for aspiring artists and practitioners. The partnership with Dundee & Angus College delivers on this mission, alongside an inspiring programme from Dundee Rep Theatre for students of Acting & Performance.
Head of Creative Learning at Scottish Dance Theatre, Dawn Hartley says: “Our previous Student Ambassador, Jorja Follina, developed this role into an invaluable way for us to connect to Dundee & Angus College learners, and offers relevant skill development for the post holder.
